Local history

If you are a parent, carer or relative of a child at Summerfield and you would be interested in coming in to school to give a talk about your memories of Bramley when you were a child we would be very happy to hear from you! History in action

Vikings

Year 4 looked at photos of excavated Viking longships from Sweden. They then tried to draw a replica on the playground. They were amazed at how long they were!

Year 4 then used their knowledge of Viking runes to decorate their Viking story stones.
