In Spring Term 1 2021,  the Foundation Stage explored colour mixing. In FS1 they used ice blocks to mix paints together. 

The children learn about how ice melts and they found they could use the blocks for mark making and also their hands in the

paint.

In FS2, Mrs King is  developing the children’s art skills. In Spring term 1  they  learnt  how to make new colours by mixing two different powder paints .  They also learnt how to make colours lighter and darker by using black or white.
